The most important thing I can tell you is when you pick up the box, it sounds like there is something broken. They have included a screw to mount it on the wall and it was loose in the box. There is an app you can easily give anyone to send pictures to the frame from their phones and you can remove permission easily as well. The settings are simple, you decide if videos sent to the frame have sound by default or not and volume level. 

I like that it has a notification that new pictures are sent to the frame and when you touch the notification it shows them to you, but my husband finds the notification annoying since it doesn't go away on its own. The touch screen is very responsive and the menu is very simple. It's easy to delete pictures, as easy as using a smartphone. We love that everyone in the family can send pictures to the frame from anywhere. 

Sometimes they send things I don't want to keep and it's easy to delete after they've had their fun. I got this frame as a spark reviewer, I had a frame years ago from another company and it was very frustrating and the remote was complicated. It was so hard to load pictures on and it eventually just stopped working. I would not buy another one because of that experience, but when I got this one I gave it a try. This is so much better I will be buying one for my mom since she doesn't get along with technology, she can use this and we can send her pictures instead of just texting them so she can enjoy them in real-time.
